APPENDICE I
Charlotte LeBlanc
D.H.N, BASc, R.N.C.P.
Registered Nutritional Consultant Practitioner
After working 25 years in federal, municipal and other offices, I
realized that stale air is not the only factor that can affect a
person’s performance at work. Mental stress, being a super mom or
super dad, being part of the sandwich generation (nutrition), rest,
our attitude, and recreational activities or exercise are all part
of the big picture. Having studied in nutrition, I now offer
personal and corporate programs on how to improve your quality of
life based on sound nutrition and lifestyle management.
Since 1996 I also offer self-help workshops on communication
skills. These workshops have also confirmed for me that the quality
of our relationships whether at home or at work is also a factor
that contributes to our well being.
By combining my training, my personal and work experiences, I
offer programs that provide basic knowledge that promote optimum
physical and mental health.
