FLU AND COLD PREVENTION

Supercharge your immune system and prevent colds and flus.

  1. Drink plenty of clean water which will help your body keep itself detoxified.
  2. Get extra rest, especially if you under stress. Meditation reverses stress.
  3. Stretching helps your lymphatic system to its job of removing toxins from your body. Exercise keeps everything in the body ship-shape.
  4. Eat plenty of fiber to keep things moving through the digestive system.
  5. Friendly bacteria in yogurt of in a supplement form are your best weapon against unfriendly bacteria.
  6. Replace sugar in any form with fresh fruit.
  7. Keep alcohol consumption low.
  8. Find a natural way to keep your allergies in control. They bring the immune system down.
  9. As your mother would say - 'eat your vegetables' - plenty of them and preferably organic.
  10. Strengthen or clean your body with homeopathic remedies.
